Actual Project

YAVER offers to investors the possibility to invest into a pelletising and recycling factory. In order to comply with the different requests of the investors, YAVER offers three proposals for investment. The total investment for the project will amount to approximately 25 million Euro.

Three Proposals for Investment

• YAVER constructs the pelletising and recycling factory by means of its own firm of building contractors and self-finances by its own investment companies. The investor places at the disposal of the investment company a capital amounting to 27.5 million Euro and receives a guaranteed minimum interest of 8.5 % as well as a variable interest payment in the size of 15 – 25 % depending on the cashflow.
  
  The duration is 5 – 10 years according to the fiscal interest. For the project management YAVER gets a unique remuneration of 10 % of the investment sum of 25 million Euro. YAVER establishes an appropriate operating company.
• YAVER only builds the pelletising and recycling factory by its own firm of building contractors and the investor is at the same time the operating company of the factory. The total investment amounts to 31.25 million Euro for the investor. For the project management YAVER gets a unique remuneration of 25 % of the investment sum of 25 million Euro.
• The investor is engaged in the operating company as main participator and makes available the minimum financing sum of 25 million Euro. YAVER gets 20 % of the operating company. YAVER doesn’t receive any remuneration for the project management.
