Process and editing of oiling

The principle of the process of oiling (keyword: Fischer-Tropsch-process) has been a well proven and tested process for more than 50 years. This is equally valid for the high temperature process as well as the low temperature process.

The considerable differences with regard to the percentage of the configuration respectively the emphasis on and the quality of the obtained fractions do not depend on the diverse processes and variants of oiling existing on the market but depend on the different variants in editing the material.

   




The patented twin screw extruder press is completely produced with a warp resistant base frame.


The process part consists in detail of a charging element with a funnel tube and combinable jackets according to the application. Evaporation jackets, compression jackets, heated respectively cooled double jackets as well as disrupted jackets for the sector fractioning are available. Charging element and jackets are executed in a hard welded construction and thermally stress relieved.


The working screws as well as the single screws are completed as plug system and can be prolonged in gradings of 120 respectively 240 mm according to the screws. Through this you dispose of a kit system with manifold applications.


Exclusion of Oxygen in the Reactor Guarantees a High Efficiency


The more oxygen is enclosed in the materials to be oiled when entering into the reactor the more intense is the reaction in a way that during the oiling process the fractions tar and charcoal, which normally are undesired, are generated. These two by-products become main products.


As the editing of the input material is in direct connection with the obtained output fractions the process and the editing have to be considered separately, whereat the stress lies within the editing of the material.

   


Bio-refinery is an integrative complete concept for the biochemical and thermal-chemical conversion of renewable primary products to chemicals, materials as well as combustibles and fuels as a contribution to a lasting economising with the utmost possible utilisation of the biomass.
