Construction of Tanks

Upon request we also build tanks on site.

We individually plan, construct and produce tanks according to the customer’s requirements and needs, beginning with small laboratory jars, processing cases, practical transport containers up to containers with a weight per piece of several tons.

A precise production and a detailed verification of the finished product according to the job specification and the product specification guarantee a future unobstructed insertion at customers’ site.

This professional examination constitutes a basis for the discharging of the producer.

Pressure tanks in need of observation are approved by the responsible test stations, like e.g. TÜV-Bayern (Technical Inspection Authority – Bavaria).

The materials used in the container construction like high-grade steel, hastelloy, aluminium or copper are as well applied as other materials, which are used especially upon request of our customers.

Grinded, polished, with or without isolation, steam / water / electrical heating, with or without agitator, new and used, with individual equipment for temperature and measurement of the content, sample taking, cleaning without pressure or pressure tanks according to the AD-control equipment.
